SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphics. It's a text-based format for describing two-dimensional graphics. Unlike raster images (like JPEGs or PNGs), which are composed of pixels, SVG files use mathematical equations to define shapes, lines, and curves. This means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making them ideal for logos, icons, and illustrations that must be displayed at various resolutions.
Tinkercad can import SVG Files. Once imported we can use special fill modes to alter the shape and make amazing creations. In the sections below we will create Key Chains, Lightboxes, and Name Plates using the skill. You will notice that there are several versions of the steps. This is because there are so many possibilities with these fun skills.
